purdy Joined: 09/09/10 Posts: 8	canola oil in the corn bread? Posted Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 11:53 AM Im getting confused again!! I thought we should not be adding oil to our food but todays recipe for corn bread muffins has 2 spoons of oil added. Am I missing something? (apart from maybe a brain!)

From the weekly menu it takes you to this recipe: http://www.nutritionmd.org/recipes/view.html?recipe_id=725. From today's message, it takes you to the one you posted.
