Just as Dr. Barnard said about our vegan diets being rich in helpful healthy micronutrients, I'm experiencing that! My daughter and grandson live with me and we live in very tight quarters. They seem to keep passing the same cold back & forth while I stay healthy. Jennifer

Posted Friday, March 1, 2013 at 8:53 AM We got hit with something several weeks ago - one of the 'houseguests' brought it home with her (she's pretty much been sick off and on since Sept when she started teaching in a public school). We've avoided most of it but this one hit us. But, it was milder than most people might experience and was gone fairly quickly. So, even if a bug does hit, it tends to be a bit less bothersome. --DebR
