Bluesgyrl Joined: 01/06/10 Posts: 159	1000 Vegan Recipes by Robin Robertson Posted Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 12:49 PM As some of you know, I recently bought the 1000 Vegan receipe cook book. I love it! Last night I made stuffed eggplant with orzo and spinach. It was delicious. Although I must admit that hollowing out eggplant is not easy and I did add more spices than called for because I thought the receipes suggestions were bland. Has anyone else tried any of her receipes you could reeommend? I just thought that maybe we could compare notes.
