RE: Best way to eat watercress?

We like it just added to most any sandwich - I don't think I'd add it to anything already strong flavored like hummus (too much clashing spice) but it would probably be really good on something like the chickpea salad we use in place of tuna (crumbled chickpeas, onion, celery, beanaise) or in a salad mix with romaine and spinach and a bunch of other veggies, maybe as a base for a bean salad. We don't eat it often - mostly in the late spring, early summer we might pick up a bit as a change of pace. -Deb R
