Posted Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 9:35 AM

Logging on this forum helps me to be accountable - does this work for anyone else? Also, I like to see what everyone else is eating....

Anyone wanting to lose weight too? We could post weekly weigh loss????

Todays plate....

B - Ezekiel english muffin w/ basil and daiya (mmm)
S - almonds and orange pepper
L - a variety of mixed steamed veggies (brussel sprouts, asparagus and cauliflower) I may add some beans???
S - pasta/bean soup (1/2C)
D - either steamed veggies and vegan sausage or black bean chili leftovers

I think knowing the forum is there makes a big difference to accountability & motivation.
I want to loose weight too so I'm happy to post updates etc.
I also need the boost in inspiration that I get from hearing what others are eating.

Today:
B - Oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins & prunes
L - homemade vegetable soup & peanut moochi
S - an orange & a banana
D - broccoli polenta, a duke bean salsa, Cavelo Nero & Zucchini with sesame seeds & balsamic, mushrooms. Chocolate Fudge Cake
