Okay, so I started the 21 day one day early so I am on day 6. My husband thinks that I am crazy, but I swear there is a severe reduction in the amount of cellulite on my thighs. This is a problem area for me and I stare at it daily. It was unnoticable this morning. Is this possible or am I crazy. I am loving this vegan diet!

Cellulite seems to stem from a variety of factors (see What's the truth about cellulite). One thing that we certainly know shows up in the skin is fluid retention from the body's attempt at homeostasis. When the dietary content is highly acidic (meats) and high in sodium, the body will hold on to fluids which shows up in the skin and can take on the appearance of lumpy and bumpy. By eating a high plant based diet and avoiding many offenders, you can definitely have an impact.
