Seitan

I've been hearing a TON about Seitan.

What is it.

How do you make it?

Are you better off buying it?

I thought it was ideal to stay away from gluten?

Have any good recipes for it? Very Happy

Thanks!

Is there any reason to avoid gluten if you don't have a sensitivity or allergy to it?

I suppose not. It was just a question. Thank you for being so kind and answering it.

Hi there,

Seitan I am told can easily be made from scratch or you can buy it, which is what I do.

I have not heard of a reason to avoid gluten unless you are allergic.

Let us know what you think of it when you try it!
Enjoy!
