green apple oatmeal serving size?

Hello!

I made the green apple oatmeal from the recipe on the 21 day meal plan - I ate the whole amount, a cup oats with an apple and 2 cups oat milk. Is that enough for two portions? It doesn't say on the recipe itself, but does say to leave enough for day 3. Thanks!

If you ate the whole amount - that's totally okay!! I would! But for those who don't, they can save some for later. Or you could make double and save the rest for later. Whatever works for you is best!

Is that 1 cup cooked oats or 1 cup uncooked oats you're talking about? 1 cup cooked oats is probably one portion, but 1 cup uncooked oats is probably enough for two portions - my 6' 300 lb hubby eats a half cup uncooked oats (cooked up makes about a cup) each morning for breakfast.
