Today was mainly a day of throwing together whatever I had in my fridge and/or could make quickly:
b: oatmeal with soy milk, a little nutmeg, a little maple syrup, and chopped dried apricots
l: lentils & chickpeas mixed with some canned tomato-basil marinara sauce. I wanted to toss in a bunch of mixed greens, but I had run out of greens and didn't have time to pick any up from the grocery store.
