I am planning on either making or buying a whole wheat pizza crust..
then.. veggies.. tomato slices, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, red peppers, red onions .. maybe some olives and lots of garlic.. really looking forward to it..
anyway my question is .. how do i do all those veggies and not get a soggy crust? do you precook the tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers?
