What does everyone do with their juicing pulp? Any great ideas?

i don't juice.. cause arn't you throwing out the fiber? we are going for fiber to fill us up..

I don't juice either. I have read depending on what you are juicing vegetables could go into vegetable soup or fruits into muffins.

I either add it to soup or mix it with water and use it as the base for making "green" rice.

Green rice is just green colored and green tasting from adding the pulp of the greens leftover in the juicing process to the cooking liquid. When one of us gets a cold I usually make kale smoothies using dark greens, garlic, cayenne, lemon, jalapenos, bell peppers and onions. The leftover pulp gives great taste and fiber to the rice.
