nomoolou Joined: 09/22/10 Posts: 2	vegan cooking wine? Posted Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 2:04 PM Has anyone found a vegan cooking wine? The cooking wines at Whole Foods just list burgundy wine or some such in the ingredients. My guess is that these aren't vegan wines unless it is specified. I don't want to buy a bottle of regular vegan wine as I won't drink it and it will go to waste since it won't have a shelf life like a cooking wine. Does anyone have any suggestions for recipes that call for wine in the sauce? Thanks!
