I AM feeling better......? about B12.

I posted on Day 2 that I was feeling kinda sick. Giving up Pepsi, sugar and a lot of processed and fast food was a lot!! But I know me. I couldn't just wean myself off. I did it cold turkey.
I am happy to report that today.....I feel really good!! I experienced massive headaches for a few days, but now they are gone!! I am losing some weight, too....so I am really happy right now.
My main question today is......I have read that the best source of vitamin B12, is from animal protein. Since I am not eating any meat, how do I get it? How much is the daily requirement? If I could take it in a vitamin supplement form, that would be okay. Any suggestions? Thanks!!
