Made this great warm bean dip for dinner tonight. Everyone loved it!(including the omnivores in the house) 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tblspoon canned green chiles 1/4 C chopped onion 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 C lite silken tofu 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt Place beans, chiles, onion, garlic and silken tofu in food processor. Pulse til creamy. Scoop into saucepan. Add cumin and salt. Heat til bubbling lightly. Spoon to serving bowl. Serve with homemade baked tortilla chips. Place on a serving tray with mashed avocado, fresh salsa, shredded lettuce and cooked corn for a festive meal!
