Hi, Exercise / Breakfast March 9th

Breakfast: Boca Garden burger, thin bun, tsp ketsup;
oats/quinoa with rainsins, pear, walnuts, splash of almond milk; black coffee.

Exercise: Hike up Signal Hill. I did it yesterday - it is about 3 miles, with a 70% incline going up 364 " in the beginning, views all around from the top where there is a viewing park, then down and up the opposisite side; then down to the car, which is parked at the bottom. It took an hour yesterday, which is the first time I didn't stop and sit down - yay!
