In the nutrional analysis of your recipies, are you able to include potassium contents? Have a sis with renal disease on HD and have a hard time keeping potassium in right level. don't want her to feel too deprived,

You can create an account and input recipes by ingredient, as well as put in your "Daily Needs," thereby creating a guideline for what you should be eating for the day. It's a little extra work, but if you need to be cautious with your diet, it's worth the effort.

It's free and allows you to input your own foods or recipes and gives you nutritional info on them. it also has a huge database of foods you can check. It tracks your daily caloric intake and output, tracks weight loss, analyzes your daily diet for nutritional deficiencies or overages and allows you to monitor your activity level.

I use it like a food diary and it's remarkably helpful in helping realize just where those hidden calories are.
