Clearer, brighter skin!
Posted Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 10:01 AM

I cannot believe how my acne has cleared up, skin tone is more even and brighter. Healthier looking. Even the whites of my eyes seem brighter. I have had someone ask me what products I am using on my skin - (I haven't been wearing makeup for 3 days!)

Anyone else seeing these kinds of results? I wonder if it is because of the all the veggies??? Not sure but I'll take it!

I noticed a huge change as soon as I cut back on processed food and sugar, and upped the veggies. I'm glad to hear someone else is benefiting, as well! Smile

My skin does look better.
I think I am sleeping better too. I still take my melatonin, but feel sleepy like I should at night.

It is a good thing to get all that sugar and junk out of the diet.
