Hi, the bread sounds great, always on the look out for another product to choose from that is healthy, high fiber and low in calories. Do you happen to have the exact name, website or where the product is made? The name is unfamiliar to me here in MI and would love to check it out further..thanks, Gramma

For people who avoid honey, I believe it has honey in it.

I find the bread at Winn Co In Idaho. Name is " Oroweat Double Fiber Bread" and yes it does have honey if your avoiding that. Bread is a hard choice. I don't enjoy the sprouted breads so this is the best I've found. If I ever get enough time I'm going to try and come up with my own bread recipe. Until then.............. Best B

For those in the Southeast, Publix carries it. I've had it, it's really a good, dense bread.

Hi again B, After some checking on line I found the company that makes this bread and yes, its available in MI. ARNOLD Foods Company. What a surprise to find they make the fairly new "Sandwich Thins" which I love for soyburgers. These come in Wholewheat or Mullti-Grain. I buy the Wholewheat: 100 cal, 1g fat,0 chol,0 Trans fat or High Fructose Corn Syrup, 5 g Fiber and 5g Pro. In checking the ingredients there is a tiny amt of soybean and/or canola oil added. My biggest concern is not the small amts of oil but anything that contains trans fats, high fructose corn syrup and Palm oil...these three are just about the worse things you can add to you body. Thanks again, will check out the rest of their product line for availability in my area, Gramma

I put spicy mustard, refried beans, lettuce and tomato on them and it makes the best little sandwiches. They're easy to pack up and take with you. And you're right, there's no "bad stuff" in them. I didn't realize it was the same company.

Thanks for the information on Oroweat. I'm going to look for it in Publix. And yes...the Arnold 100 calorie bread thins are great.

I like the sandwich thins. I found another brand that I like better. Earthgrains, I think they are called. They are fresher....yum....

It tastes good too. B I love mine and it's pretty close. I don't eat much bread; one loaf can last 3 wks. It's Safeway's "O Organics Whole Grains, Seeds and Fiber". Per slice: Fat 1.5g Saturated and Trans Fat 0 Cholesterol 0 Sodium 170g Total carbs 13g Fiber 2g Sugars 2g Protein 3g Vitamin A & C ea. 0% Thiamin 4% Riboflavin, calcium, niacin, iron, folate - ea. 2% All ingredients I'll list are organic: stoneground whole wheat flour, water, wheat flour, cracked wheat, cracked rye, evaporated cane syrup, yeast, wheat gluten. Contains 2% or less of the following: fig juice concentrate, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, soybean oil, sea salt, vinegar, natural flavor. I called them to verify that "natural flavor" was indeed vegan. You never know! I don't eat honey.

I bought Kirkland Signature "All Natural Multigrain 100% Whole Grain Bread" at Costco. It seems a little high on the sodium but everything else looks good. The slices are big and very hearty, and the price was good. Per slice: Calories 140 Cal from fat 15 Total fat 1.5g Saturated fat 0g Trans fat 0g Polyunsaturated fat 0.5g Monounsaturated fat 0g Cholesterol 0mg Sodium 210mg Total carbs 26g Fiber 5g Sugars 4g Protein 6g
