Hi all...well its the end of the 21 days and I have learned so much about everything thoughout the 3 weeks and I really learned so much about myself as well. Having been a vegetarian for 20 years this was a great way to trial being a vegan which I have been considering. I didn't make the full 21 days but noticed I am aware much more than before. That's what I was hoping to do. I will have more vegan days than ever before and will make conscious choices when I am not. I am not taking it lightly and will have what I enjoy but make sure it comes from a responsible place. I am glad the only things I need to change is eggs, liquid dairy and cheeses so by next kickstart I know I will be ready to give it a try again. I want to thank PCRM, Susan and everyone else for all the wonderful information and support. Thanks for all the wonderful recipies both PCRM and personal too Smile

Nameste....
