I agree - good article. As soon as I saw the word Ghrelin I thought of gremlin - as in, I have a little gremlin that makes me eat Twisted Evil

Kiwi, how clever and actually an interesting association! I figure hunger is our friend and we need to be a good friend to it by eating enough and on time. And if we don't,
watch out.... Shocked

Glad you like the article.

Which brings to mind, I'd love to know which kinds of articles readers enjoy most. Technical on food and eating? Tips on effective exercise? How to get better at plant-based diet? I'm putting together a survey to send out to my newsletter list, so if you're on that you'll get the survey but I'd love to hear your thoughts now. That goes for everyone!

Gotta be really careful with gremlins: never get them wet, never expose them to bright light, and never EVER feed them after midnight! Laughing
