daily meal log on site?

HI, new to the forum, but following the vegan way in a relaxed form since March. I know that tracking your food intake can make a difference. If you are honest, you can really see where you are going wrong.
By relaxed, I mean, that I don't want people to feel badly or worry about how I choose to eat. If we are invited to dinner, I will not refuse to eat what is served. It does not happen often, but I am not 100% vegan. I choose very small amounts of meat and dairy.
I thought I read somewhere that there was a food diary somewhere on this site, but I can't find it, or the source of my belief. Can anyone point me in the direction?
Thanks.

You may be thinking of Dr Barnard's Food for Life 90-Day Journal. This can be purchased from the PCRM website. There is not an online version that I am aware of. If you want to track your food via a website there are other sites such as myfitnesspal.com. Although you need to register the site is free. You can choose foods already in the data base or you can enter recipes and it will give you a breakdown of content, calories etc. There is another site someone mentioned during this kickstart but i am sorry I have forgotten what it was.
Maybe someone else still around can help
