I have been teaching macrobiotic cooking classes for 18 years and joined in on this kickstart just to see how it would work for my students and I thought it was brilliant! I know Dr. Bernard from Kushi Summer conferences and the vegan cruise and Alicia put one of my recipes in her book-black-eted-pea croquettes.
