Too much goodness?

This morning, I'm wondering about my breakfast. I'm reading 'The Lean' by Kathy Freston, so I decided to super food up my breakfast, but is it too much? -1/2 cup oats -tablespoon chia seeds -teaspoon black strap molasses -1/2 ounce goji berries -1/3 ounce soya cream -2 tablespoons flax seed -1/3 ounce yeast flakes with b12 (and cinnamon, ground gloves, sea salt and black pepper) Thanks!
