RE: thursday n stuff.....

B: steamed broccoli and brown rice with leftover almond-miso sauce.
L: brown rice and sauteed collard greens with garlic and a little soy sauce
D: leftover brown rice and collard greens, with added tomato-basil marinara sauce (yum!). Also, a bunch of roasted sweet potato wedges (half of them with dried dill added, half of them without, and all of them tossed with a little olive oil and sea salt.
I've also got a ton of fresh veggies in my fridge that I'll have to creatively use up before they go bad: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, cabbage, collard greens, zucchini.
I guess I'll have to steam up a bunch of veggies over the next couple of days.
On a related note, I'm thinking about buying some stackable bamboo steamers. Does anyone know if they're easy to use/clean?
