Hey everyone. I'm @ IHOP ordering from the "for me" section which is healthier than the others. Are egg subs ok to eat?

Probably not, probably made with egg whites, like Eggbeaters or something similar. Need to ask questions about what "substitute" means.

You can use 1 teaspoon cornstarch to 1 tablespoon water for one egg substitute. Works well when making stuff like cookies.
