Is Bragg's Liquid Aminos the same as Bragg's Liquid Soy Seasoning? I haven't found anything called liquid aminos. But the Bragg's Liquid Soy Seasoning (gluten, preservative and alcohol free) has 160 mg of sodium per 2.5 mls (that's 960 mg of sodium per teaspoon!!)
Are we talking about the same thing, I wonder?
