Posted Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10:34 AM I would love to make a vegan meal for St. Patrick's Day this week, and was considering trying to make Ruebens. Does anyone know of any faux-corned beef they would recommend? Or have any alternatives to the traditional corned beef and cabbage that would be yummy, but on program? Thanks for any help!

If you don't have the book I am sure you could google it, or buy the book, its fabulous! Its called the Reuben-esque.
