Molly On my side I realize that certain food will chemically trigger craving even if healthy. I have also notice that I had a false belief that if healthy and good for me, then I can have as much as I want. So, I have to be aware of what food will get me into a downward spiral / the trigger one Remove what is healthy that I can not control amount (Smart Balance spread is an example)I now sprinkle olive oil on my veggies instead of a big spoon of smart balance. Overall, we are all in the process of getting healthier. Brigitte
