Never again, and the stinky part was, it didnt even taste that good! today ive been back on track, but i still just feel plain old yucky! has anything similar to this happened to anyone who has slipped up?

Congratulations are in order: Your nutrition bar has been lifted! The upside is you are becoming a health machine. The downside is this new machine wants only the best.

Hi, I had poached eggs on toast my first Sunday. I didn't feel ill after - they were quite yummy. I didn't beat myself up about it and I haven't wanted any since. I think it takes some time for our bodies to readjust to this new way of eating and then it only wants the good stuff as Susan says.

A few years ago when I became vegan I ate some fish and then some cheese cake. It was our anniversary and I thought it would be no big deal to have that and then go back to vegan the next day. I was sick. I felt so bad that I thought I had been poisoned. Well I had. Then when I went back to vegetarian a year ago I didn't feel too well that whole year. So here I am back to vegan. Yes much better. And I have learned that my body can't do all that dairy stuff. And I am happier. Smile
