So last night we had people over and i had two bites of potato chips with ranch dip, Big Mistake!! i have been sick to my stomach all day long, its been horrible, from two bites!! im almost glad it happened, it reminded me how good healthy feels!! Never again, and the stinky part was, it didnt even taste that good! today ive been back on track, but i still just feel plain old yucky! has anything similar to this happened to anyone who has slipped up?

It IS encouraging when you notice eating what used to be standard in your diet has a negative effect. Use this a a positive tool to move yourself forward - and it sounds like you've already done that!

I've had it happen too, eating something rich at a holiday celebration, and then feeling the load for a day or two - amazing, isn't it?
