Wow that's good to know. Once during fall, in my office, we had a bean week. So everyday there was some bean preparation. Also, they had kept samples of different kinds of beans along with their different properties and nutritional benefits. It was really awesome!

Wow-I am so glad I had kidney beans in my salad today! If only about 1/3 cup. Very Happy

You all need to plan a trip to Pullman Washington in August for the National Lentil Festival! Awesome food there, I had lentil chocolate ice cream and lentil chocolate cake one year. Not vegan but wonderful nonetheless. Who knew??

Bean burritos are not normally vegan. At Taco Bell they contain lard
