My DH's birthday is coming up on March 27, and food is always a part of the celebration. In the past, it would always include chocolate cake and ice cream (lots of dairy in both cases!).
Now that we're both eating vegan...and very low fat...what would be a great, on-plan dish (or 2) that seems like a treat that I could make?
I'd love any food/recipe suggestions!
