Posted Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 9:19 PM I don't know what that's a picture of but it's not a picture of the enchiladas in the recipe. Just a lil something that's bugging me. In the picture I see beans and corn in the recipe it's almost all spinach no beans and no corn. Don't be fooled by the pic the end product looks NOTHING like the pic. Just thought I'd warn you in case you're a visual person like me.
