Hi all, I just copied this from the web archive I saved before the program was taken offline. Someone asked for it in the chat, so I figured I'd post it here too. Most of the recipes will be at Nutrition MD (http://www.nutritionmd.org/recipes/index.html) You can register there, add them to your meal planner, and then it will generate a grocery list for you.  If you have questions or can't find something, post in the forums, and probably somebody who has been on the plan for a while can help.
