Hi Guys, You may remember that I had a bad spill that pretty much incapacitated me for a week - last week. Very sedentary and eating the same amount of food (fruit, rice and beans) and on the weekend I ate a pound of pasta all by myself (feeling "poor me" - a major crock but you know how we can get). Anyway the moral of this story is that even NO EXERCISE - a ton of pasta - I lost 1 pound. When I just walk 30 minutes a day I lose 2 pounds a week - I expected to gain but not so - I haven't started walking again as yet because of the discomfort (pain is no longer the appropriate word - hoorah!) A little exercise goes a long way. I will try to walk a bit today and see how it goes. Cheers to all!
