PASTA I MADE LAST NIGHT

I needed to whip up something easy for the family, here's what I came up with.
Pan with a little water, throw in garlic for about 30 seconds, add whole cherry tomatos and cook them a little till they start popping, breaking down. Added a jar of artichoke hearts in water. keep cooking till the tomatos cook down to kind of mushy. I adeed some basil and oregano and thyme. Added more H20 if needed to keep it a little thick but not overly soupy. Added in a can of rinsed great northern beans.
Cooked whole wheat pasta and saved a little of the pasta water. Put the pasta in with the tomato mixture, added some H20 if too dry and cut up some fresh basil, S&Pepper to taste. Voila!! Dinner!!! It was wonderful. That's my breakfast this morning.
