RE: Day 10~ Food Log

Breakfast - (leftovers from previous nights dinner) 1c quinoa with 1/2c steamed broccoli & 1/2c sauteed swiss chard, 1 kiwi Lunch - homemade vegetarian chili (pinto beans, onion, red bell pepper, carrots, diced tomatoes w/ juice, chopped garlic, and seasonings over 1/2 cup quinoa. (snacked on raw veggies- red bell pepper, cucumber and carrots while making the chili) Snack - 2 TBL Walnuts, 1 apple Dinner - Huge salad of romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, carrots, red cabbage, chick peas, and fresh pineapple. Squeezed lemon on salad and added 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil. Small slice of sourdough toast (dry). I just realized I never checked the bread to see if its vegan. Will have to go do that for future reference. Exercise: water aerobics for 1 hour. Feeling full and healthy! But, I wonder if I got in enough calcium!
