Vegan Chocolate

A company in New York offers quality vegan and kosher chocolates AND 100 percent of the net proceeds are donated to various animal rescue groups.

Called Rescue Chocolate, they also use the packaging of each flavor to educate on a different aspect of controlling pet overpopulation.

For the months of March and April, the designated charity is UAN (United Animal Nations) in CA. This organization includes a large group of volunteers trained in Emergency Animal Rescue that worked diligently to shelter animals during Hurricane Katrina, CA wildfires, Iowa floods, way too many puppy mills, and the Federal fighting-dog seizures in 8 states last summer.

I am very proud to be one of their trained volunteers.
