What should you eat before and after your workout?

As you might imagine, I get this question quite often.

Trendy marketing materials and the supplement industry push shakes, powders, and special supplements. But what if you are more interested in the real food, plant-based diet solution?

Recently I reviewed the literature on this topic and also consulted with the illustrious plant-based dietitian, our own Susan Levin, RD, right here at PCRM - and put together an article I just posted on the plant-based fitness blog.
