I've printed out the recipes for the Kickstart and today I went shopping. I realized when I got home that the recipe for "Israeli Couscous with Carrots, Peas, and Red Wine Vinegar" doesn't actually call for any peas. I'm guessing they should be in there someplace! Anyone know how much?

It says 1 cup of peas in the on line recipe I checked... maybe a line got accidently cut when you were printing.

Holy moly! Our mistake. We'll fix that. It should be 1/4 cup peas. Thanks for letting us know!

I'm about to cook the Portobello Fajitas. Recipe says to saute the onion. Normally sauteing involves some oil but none is called for in the recipe. How is it recommended we saute without oil? Or are we supposed to use some?

saute with water... start with 1/4 cup and add more if it gets dry. If this is the first time you have ever done this you are going to be AMAZED... I remember I was. It never occurred to me that you didn't need oil to saute.

Try it. Smile
