I can't officially start the jumpstart until April 5th due to easter and family events and stuff. I can't wait to start it though. It looks amazing. I've always thought about being vegan but didn't know how to start. This looks like a great way. I just ordered the skinny bitch book last night and it should be here friday. I can't wait to read that either.

That's great that you are committed to start soon. I just want to be clear that this program will be closed soon after the Kickstart is done. A new one will start again in September.

If there are aspects that you want to review, you may want to print them out and save them for reference. The forum will remain open.

Okay! Thanks for letting me know. I plan on printing out everything on here but are there other websites you recommend?

This is great! Continuing on after the March round, perfect! I'm betting you're not alone.

Thanks for posting and be sure to hang out with us the last few days of the March Kickstart!

kwhitt78, there is a lot of information in "Resources" that will give you the reasoning behind the food choices PCRM advocates.

I found this information. Yea! However, when this is closed does it mean none of the information will be available?
Thanks!

That's awesome you want to start soon! I actually started eating vegan on my own and then joined the Kickstart in January, which really helped me because, by that time, I'd been in a rut of eating the same foods over and over for a month and was ready for some new recipes and ideas. Smile I wish you well and hope you have some positive changes in your diet, health and energy level! Very Happy

ETA: Dr. McDougall is a great resource as well - www.drmcdougall.com I think. Wink

Dr. Barnard's books are excellent too.
