adieu until September
Posted Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 11:44 AM

I look forward to hearing from all of you again in September. (6 months) maybe by then I'll have actually lost a pound of two (LOL) lack of weight loss aside I feel GREAT!!! I absolutely can feel the difference in my arthritic knees. It's going to be a really interesting cycling season for me.
