Can anyone recommend any vegan cookbooks with recipes that are tasty and easy to moderate in preparation?

Hi,
Scroll down the forum topics until you see the title - "Cookbooks-Favorites", hopefully you will find a few you like.

Also a favorite tool i really like is up on top there are some words in red.. forum user guide, forums, profile, inbox.. a ways over is search.. just put a user name OR a keyword in the next line..

so in the 2nd line i put cookbooks.. and a whole list came up. It has the name of the thread in the list.

I have a couple favorites...Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes: The Scientifically Proven System for Reversing Diabetes without Drugs [Paperback] Not just for people w/diabetes.

Also vegan on the cheap.. and engine 2... 1000 vegan recipes..

but you really don't need to buy anything. there are books at your library to browse till you find one you like. Also there are LOTS of vegan recipes on the net.. like from nutrition md.. fat free vegan.. just print them out..make your own cookbook from recipes you like.. and add as find other great ones..
