Which ones are you excited to try? Have you tried any yet? I made the Fettuccine with Grilled Asparagus, Peas, and Lemon. I used quinoa spaghetti pasta and it was very good.

I tryed the Balsamic Zucchini Sandwich and I will probably keep this one for an easy sandwich to make. I didn't have time to roast my red pepper so I used a garlic sprend I got at the farmers market. Then I made the Curried Tomato Lentil Soup for supper. It was good, but the spices are some that I never have used together before. The Sandwich and Soup were really filling. I will be having left-overs Thursday. Good recipes!

I am excited to try the sandwich tomorrow. The spices in the soup scared me off. I might have to try it,though.

I made the marinated chickpeas today and I had them in a whole wheat wrap with veggies for lunch at work today. It was good. Be careful not to bake too long or the chick peas will dry out.
