tofreak Joined: 12/30/10 Posts: 13	My Health of Meter Posted Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 10:03 AM Before Jan 4th, I've always had very low BP & Heart rate. Felt like I was dead most of time, Always cold. Being anemic and sickness that goes along with it. BP usually read 85/69. Took it today and OMG.. 111/71 heart rate 81..Im so happy losing 6.5 lbs total~so far. Really has me stoked ..Most importantly I've stuck with the program. More than likely will stick with the program afterwards.

It does get easier and there are a lot of us around that have been at this a long time and are willing to help out. Hang in there and try everything new!
