Day 1-21 Food Pictures
Posted Monday, April 2, 2012 at 9:22 PM
I love cooking and taking pictures of my food. Even though my pictures usually suck. But who cares as long as the food tastes good. I am going to post the pictures of the food I cook from the kickstart recipes each day. I invite YOU to post pictures as well.

Looks yummy!

OMG! I loved this recipe! Thanks for new recipes. It will make it into my monthly rotation. I used mango salsa and unsalted blue corn chips.

This recipe is amazing. I have made baked chickpeas before and they turned out horrible so I was iffy on making this recipe but I'm glad that I did. Baked Marinated Chickpeas IMG_6011 by omgiitsbrittie, on Flickr
They are good as is but I might put them on a salad.

IMG_6012 by omgiitsbrittie, on Flickr I was hesitant making the pasta al forno, to be honest. I looked in my fridge and noticed I had most of the ingredients even though I didn't grocery shop this week.
I call this Clean Out The Fridge Pasta I used the zucchini, carrots, roasted bell pepper, celery, onions, nutritional yeast, and crushed tomatoes, leftover quinoa pasta and leftover white kidney beans.

I can't see any of these pictures, Brittie. They just have some text saying how the image was resized with Resizer.

I fixed it. I uploaded them on a different site and there shouldn't be a problem again.

Yesterday, I was so excited to make french toast. After going gluten free vegan, I wrote off all french toast. I recently bought local gluten free bread so I was excited for this recipe. Vanilla french toast - I didn't add any spices but it was good. The good thing about vegan french toast is that you can eat the leftover batter.
