I guess it depends on how you define "chubby." But if you feel you have some weight to lose that isn't coming off, I would suggest removing the higher fat items (nuts, oils, etc.) and focusing on more of the other items -- vegies, fruits, whole grains, and beans. There's no need to eat fewer of those.
You shouldn't have to exercise to lose weight, but sometimes an exercise routine can help kickstart the metabolism.
Whatever you do, don't try to cut back on foods in a way that makes you hungry. That's usually a bad idea!
