Sure! They are high in fiber and vegan. Add some fruit for even more fiber!

Ohhh.... good choice! I LOVE Grape Nuts. I have since I was a little kid. What can I say. I was a weird little kid.

lol @ spongebob! btw love the name, haha.

funny b/c i never had this cereal when growing up, only recently i've discovered it and i love it! lots of my friends think it's like eating rocks but i love it with my coconut milk, or even atop coconut yogurt. i wait for it to get soaked up by the milk hehe. Very Happy

If this site info is correct http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-post-grape-nuts-cereal-i8329 (Post company doesn't publish any info instead says check the box, when they can just publish it and say, as of such and such date, this is the nutritional info) it has too much sodium to my liking. On the other hand, Autumn Wheat (probably my favorite cold cereal) does not have any sodium http://caloriecount.about.com/food/view/82221. Yet, apparently Grape Nuts have a lot of iron.

I use grape nuts to replace nuts. My kids like them on top of a "parfait" of applesauce and fruit. I also just used them on a frozen banana covered in carob sauce (carob, water, and brown rice syrup cooked til thicker). So much less fat than nuts...

Thank you for this post. I saw Grap Nuts in the store but never tried them before. I like the idea to add some coconut milk and fruit. THANK YOU!
