RE: your hummus recipe is fantastic

We make big TUBS of it and use it a lot! We like the roasted red pepper variety, I think there's also a spinach based one. (Might be good to do both for a holiday platter at Christmas time). One thing I LOVE is putting some hummus and chopped/sliced veggies on a whole wheat tortilla (we make ours from scratch) and then throwing that onto the grill or over the campfire to make hummus pizzas. Crispy, tangy, creamy, crunchy, yummy! It's also a go-to for wraps in the summer (we rarely have loaf bread since we only do dough products that we make ourselves - tortillas are way easier than bread!).
