Peanut Butter?

Is peanut butter ok?
I picked an organic one with 1g of sugar (least I could find).

Peanut butter is a very concentrated source of calories and fat. You should only eat a small amount per day.

Here is our standard recommendation for nuts: http://pcrm.org/health/diets/pplate/what-about-nuts-and-seeds

I always carefully measure peanut butter. 2 Tbsp is considered a serving. Level, not heaping of course! Just enough to satisfy.
